Extensive Reports
All reports in one place! Silent Partner EX includes uniform front-end screens for all
reports, allowing you to select the time period, the machines, and the locations to be used in your report. You
can easily recall the reports saved in the library, that automatically update with new dates, build new reports on
the basis of the old ones, or build altogether new reports. The report sample helps you to see how the final
product will look. You can switch from one group of reports to another without ever going back to the menu.
Multi - Window Viewing
Silent Partner EX allows you to open and reposition multiple windows - getting several levels
of details on the same screen. This report includes all the locations collected within a certain time period,
summary collections by date for a selected location, and detail information for a selected date. Comprehensive
information for any location and machine is available at the click of a button. User-specified format for each
window can be saved and reused later (separate format is available for each user).
Dynamic Charts
One of many public relations tools provided by Silent Partner EX is the presentation of
information in a graphical form. Silent Partner EX includes multiple 3D graphs helping you to better
understand the situation and, if necessary, present it to other parties in a most professional way. Graphs are built
automatically. All you have to do is select the financial variable (gross, net, etc.) that you want to use. Graphs
include pie charts, line charts, ribbon charts and bar charts. Each of them can be printed on any printer (colors
are preserved on a color printer) either in portrait mode accompanied by comments you may want to add, or in a
landscape mode making the picture as large as possible.
Track and Manage Collections
Record collection information for machines currently in the location and those moved out
recently, add machines to a location as needed, change meters configuration, change tax and commission rates,
enter specific information related to new generation of machines (credit card, player account money, etc.), update
advances and commission checks information, view machines prior to collections - all operations are done on the same
screen. Live totals for a location being posted is displayed on the same screen. In addition to usual
financial information, tracks both expected and actual take-home amounts, batch ID (allowing to recall posting
batch at any later time), and bank deposit ID.
Multiple posting batches can be started even in a single-user system.
Easy to Use Scheduler
Silent Partner EX includes a true route scheduler allowing you to assign multiple locations
to different routes, frequencies (every week, every 2 weeks, etc.), collection days - and immediately view
results on the same screen. In addition to weekly collections, once-a-month and twice-a-month options are
now available. An individual start date that can be assigned to each location greatly simplifies the weeks'
count. You can build schedule for up to 12 weeks ahead. You can print it right from this screen or from the 'View
Schedule' screen.
